50 ml DRAGMA Vermouth Red Sweet
7.5 ml Sherry Pedro Ximenez
Wine cloud
20 ml of dry red wine
Pinch of sucrose esters
Using a blender, beat the two ingredients until your cloud has formed.

Coupe glass
Stir in a mixing glass
How to mix it
Pour the DRAGMA and sherry into a mixing glass and stir.
Double strain into your serving glass.
Top with a wine cloud and have some fun by adding a sprinkle of gold glitter.
